THE

PAX

INITIATIVE

-peace in the process-
MEDIATION &
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1.

FAMILY MEDIATION

Family Mediation refers mainly to a specific divorce or custody process, often outlined by statute. However, the process can be applied to dependency, prenuptial, postnuptial, and estate planning negotiations where a jurisdiction allows.

2.

ACCORD BUILDING

This process is an early-stage, non-judicial process and is particularly useful between members of a common organization or where parties aim to preserve a relationship. Accord Building seeks to build policy to avoid friction later.

3.

DISPUTE CONSULTING

Internal and external disputes can arise in the course of any interaction. A consultant will evaluate the conflict to determine critical stress points and provide a detailed report on potential courses of action and resolution methods.

4.

CONFLICT IQ TRAINING

Education is power. Building a Conflict IQ can yield big rewards, including positive conflict resolution habits, fewer harmful conflicts, and avoiding costly and potentially unfavorable adversarial methods.

Therapy Sessions
THE INITIATIVE

To transform conflict, not erase it. Conflict is natural. Conflict is relatable. Conflict is useful. And conflict does not have to be harmful.

Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved with understanding.
